ABOUT THIS BOOK: A Glimpse at Me…..Stumbling Through PTSD allows the reader to understand what it is like to live with PTSD from the inside out, through the poetic expression in both words and images from someone who lives with PTSD, brought on by various traumas in my lifetime. If you think you are picking up a ‘typical’ book of Poetry……I invite you to please wander in and take a closer look! You will find, surprisingly, this poetry is like, ‘little vignettes of prose’ written in ‘free verse’. Many of the poems are accompanied by illustrations (Scarlett Wilkins & Bzai), which have been superbly interpreted from my primitive ‘Conceptual Sketches’. To further bring out the imagery in some of the poems, I have artistically orchestrated them into what I call, Choreographed Poetry™ whose words dance onto the BLANK Pages of their theatrical stages!
